CHOventure
In cooperation with ExcellGene, a Swiss located CDMO specialized in sophisticated protein expression service, we developed CHOventure, a new expression product line for a broad range of CHO cell types.
CHOventure is the result of excessive research and development for optimal nutrient sustainability in CHO cells in several expression systems. Therefore, the media system is perfectly tailored to high yield production in batch and fed-batch systems.
It supports seamless scale-up from small experiments to large scale bio reactors. The chemically defined composition of CHOventure enables maximum reliability in CHO expression systems and supports proper protein folding by preventing formation of protein aggregates.

The innovative CHO|ONE Media System was designed for small- and large-scale protein production using Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. These robust cells are used for the industrial production of a variety of recombinant proteins requiring complex post-translational modifications and correct protein folding.
The CHO|ONE Media System is highly suitable for fed-batch cultures. It improves the yield and concentration of recombinant proteins through optimization
of a selection of essential nutrients and growt promoting factors. The CHO|ONE Media System™ was especially designed in close cooperation with our biopharmaceutical cooperation partner using CHO-S, CHO-DG44 and CHO-K1 cell lines.
