  • Step 1: Test of Recombinant Expression – To evaluate the feasibility of your request.
  • Step 2: High-Scale Production and Purification – Initiated after analyzing the results of Step 1 and obtaining customer validation.

Step 1: Testing Recombinant Expression

Standard Protocol:

  • Transformation of high-yield bacteria.
  • Culture of bacteria under optimized conditions based on the required quantities.
  • Induction of recombinant synthesis (5-hour kinetics).
  • Affinity purification using specific resin.
  • Analysis of recombinant solubility and production yield (optional).

Step 2: High-Scale Production & Purification

Standard Protocol:

  • Scaling up bacterial cultures (conditions predefined in Step 1).
  • Induction of recombinant synthesis.
  • Preparation of bacterial lysates.
  • Affinity purification using specific resin.
  • Tag removal (optional, e.g., enzymatic cleavage of GST-Tag).

Note: Final recombinant protein quantity cannot be guaranteed.
